While Prudential is well known for being a long-standing fixture in the financial services world, they struggled to make people realize just what a special place it is to start—and grow—a career. To catch the attention of early career candidates, we needed to show them how being a stable, established company made Prudential the perfect place to try new things, learn new skills, and find your path forward.

We crafted a powerful new positioning statement that pairs inspiring language with an attention-grabbing tagline: “Peak Possibilities,” then created a suite of recruitment materials and guidelines to go with it.

 
 
 

At Prudential, your career doesn’t define you. You define your career. Our new visual identity captures this spirit by creating forward motion in each composition. We use playful organic shapes and dynamic diagonal elements to embody the collaborative and motivational spirit of Prudential.
